Mount Sinai International to Discuss the Disruptive Role of AI in Healthcare Delivery and Investor Partnerships

Mount Sinai International, the international ventures arm of the Mount Sinai Health System in New York, will lead key discussions on the disruptive role of AI in healthcare and the growing interaction of investors and academic medical centers at this year’s Healthcare Business International (HBI) conference from March 24- 26 in Paris, France. For over a decade, the HBI conference has brought together global leaders, healthcare providers, investors, advisors and strategic partners from across diverse sectors in the healthcare industry to explore new business opportunities, exchange ideas and build connections with the goal of promoting growth across the industry.

“We are very excited to be back at this year’s HBI conference where our leadership will share its expertise and insights in several critical discussion forums—from the dramatic growth of AI in achieving best-in-class standards of healthcare delivery, to the forging of partnerships between investors and academic medical organizations,” said Szabi Dorotovics, MD, President of Mount Sinai International, and Senior Vice President of International Ventures at The Mount Sinai Health System. “Based on our past attendance at HBI, we know that this conference is truly an ideal venue at which we can contribute and exchange ideas with global colleagues on the most pressing topics within the healthcare industry today.”

Built around the HBI 2025 theme of “Disruptive Innovation: Investing in Healthcare Transformation,” Mount Sinai International’s presentations will broaden the understanding of global healthcare collaboration that is rooted in innovation to improve the health and well-being of populations across diverse regions of the world. As a sponsor-partner of HBI 2025, Mount Sinai International will also have a booth at the conference (Booth # C1) to further exchange insights and knowledge with HBI attendees on an individual basis.

Dr. Szabi Dorotovics will share his expertise in a panel discussion titled “Partnerships Between Investors and Academic Medical Centers – A Perfect Match?” on Tuesday, March 25 from 16:45 – 17:15 pm.  Dr. David Reich, Chief Clinical Officer of the Mount Sinai Health System and President of The Mount Sinai Hospital and Mount Sinai Queens, will showcase Mount Sinai’s globally-recognized leadership in deploying AI for healthcare operations in a discussion on the topic of “The Disruptive Role of AI and Real World Evidence in Delivering 4P (Prevention, Prediction, Personalized, Participatory) Medicine.” This discussion, scheduled for Wednesday March 26 from 09:00 – 10:00 am will highlight a significant shift toward personalized healthcare delivery that is enabled by technological advances.
