Foyer Global Health appoints Delphine Icart as CEO

Foyer Global Health, the international health insurer and service provider for globally mobile people and part of Foyer Group, announces the appointment of Delphine Icart as Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 July 2025.
With over 25 years of experience at the crossroads of technology, insurance and healthcare, Delphine Icart has led several international organisations through complex transformation. Recognised for her strategic vision, collaborative approach and ability to inspire teams, she now takes the lead at a pivotal moment for Foyer Global Health.
As CEO, she will be responsible for guiding the company’s strategic development and accelerating the deployment of innovative health insurance solutions tailored to the needs of expatriates and internationally mobile individuals. Her appointment reflects Foyer Global Health’s ambition to strengthen its positioning in the international health insurance market and to continue building long- term partnerships based on trust and service excellence.
Delphine Icart began her career as a Senior Consultant at PwC, gaining a strong foundation in strategic and operational consulting. She then became Chief Operating Officer of 1insurer, where she helped develop innovative insurance technology solutions.
She joined AXA in 2015, initially as Chief Technology Officer, and later took on the role of CEO of Healthanea, a subsidiary dedicated to health innovation.
Throughout her career, she has worked across diverse geographies, including London, Mexico City and Paris, gaining valuable international experience and building a leadership style known for its pragmatism, engagement and collaborative spirit.
She has been Chief Executive Officer of Foyer Global Health since 1 July 2025. Foyer Global Health is the international health insurance branch of Foyer S.A., a leading Luxembourg-based insurance and finance group.
